Our delivery service includes a daily service to most of England. with other postcodes covered 2/3 times per week. Please call the office for further details – 0845 500 40 10.
When you place an order an order conformation will be sent back to you with a picking date on. This date indicates the day your order will be picked. Following this, if there is anything out of stock a member of our sales team will be in touch to inform you and provide you with a lead time of when the product is due in. Our sales staff make it their priority to keep the customer up to date with out-of-stock items, so it makes it easier to coordinate your project. If you have not received this confirmation, please contact the sales team on 08450 500 40 10 and we can check on the order for you.
There is no charge and no minimum order value when you order with Q4 when delivering to your main account address. Delivery direct to site is an additional £20 excluding VAT.
Yes, you can change the delivery date of your order up to 5pm the day before despatch. Please ring the sales office on 0845 500 40 10 or email sales@q4bathrooms.com.

Yes, we have a showroom at our head office in Tockwith which we use for training our ASM’s and our internal sales staff.

Product issues & returns
If there are parts missing from your product, please email spares@q4bathrooms.com, we can then look into whether the parts are readily available in stock, or if we have to order them. Please ensure you have your full order details and/or product code to hand when contacting us.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product, report this through to the aftersales team via email to sales@q4bathrooms.com with photos of the fault and your original order details.
